A minimum 24 month service term agreement is required. The first month of service and a one time standard installation fee is required at the time of sale/installation. First month service fee and installation fees vary based on the selected package. Internet speeds and streaming video quality are "up to" and are not and cant be guaranteed. All package prices and fees are subject to local taxes and surcharges.  The price lock guarantee only applies to the standard monthly internet service and monthly equipment lease fees. The price lock guarantee excludes promotional discounts and taxes and surcharges. Service may not be available in all areas. NORCOM WIRELESS is not responsible for infrastructure outages, downtime and/or dead service areas. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time. VPN users will need prior authorization in order to connect to our service. VPN connection is not guaranteed.
